Home sellers across Western Washington are saving money with the HomeSTAR Grant program.

Home sellers too can save thousands when selling their home using the HomeSTAR Grant program!

The HomeSTAR Grant can be used to help make improvements to the house being sold and to help it get ready for market. Use the grant toward home staging, landscaping, buying appliances, etc.

When you sell your home and buy another, you can save again using the HomeSTAR Grant program.


The HomeStar Homeownership Grant Program is served by our network of certified agents across the country.

**The HomeStar Homeownership Grant Program is served by our network of certified agents across the country. To participate in this program, you must contact us through our website or by phone prior to buying or selling real estate to qualify. If you are already working with an agent, you may not qualify for HomeStar Grant benefits. Furthermore, HomeStar Grant benefits are not retroactive if you are under contract or have closed on a real estate transaction. If your home is already listed, this is not a solicitation to list your home. There is a minimum purchase/sale price of $100,000 to receive the full grant amounts. Purchase/sale rebates are based on a 3% commission rate. Purchase rebates may not be available in the states of AL, AK, IA, KS, LA, MS, OK, OR, and TN by State Law.

HomeSTAR is provided by Lifestyle Advance, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial and health wellness programs at the workplace as well as promote homeownership in the community.
